Grenadier Weaver

Historically the Grenadier Weaver has been known as the Oryx Bishop, he has a fabulous fiery breeding plumage and as he gets older his plumage gets ever more fiery.

Native to Southern Africa, breeds in october time, outside the breeding season, the Grenadier Weaver congregates in large flocks.
