The Common Amaduvade is also known as the Amaduvade Waxbill and can be fond across Asia from India to the Indonesian Islands. The male is extremely beautiful with a brief but charming song, similiar to that of a bugle call, the female is browner with darker wings, they frequent bushy ground, gardens, and long grass, sometimes congregating in large flocks.
